To access all features, you need to register an account. Click Sign Up, enter your details, and verify your email.
Once logged in, go to the Dashboard and select Start New Assessment. You’ll answer questions covering sleep habits, light exposure, physical activity, nutrition, and work schedule.
After completing an assessment, you’ll receive a circadian rhythm health score, including a section-wise risk percentage breakdown and AI-generated recommendations.
RhythmGuard™ provides personalized lifestyle recommendations based on your results. These may include insights on light exposure timing, meal scheduling, exercise routines, and sleep optimization.
Your previous assessments are saved in your Dashboard. You can review, download, or email your reports at any time.

You can download your assessment results as a PDF or email them to yourself or a health professional. Reports include key insights and recommendations for improving your circadian rhythm.
To maintain a healthy circadian rhythm, we recommend reassessing every 3 months to track improvements and adjust your habits.
